Bocconi Exam Dates 2025–2026 — the blunt, student-first guide
This is written for students (and parents) searching from the U.S. Dates are Milan time (CET/CEST) and come directly from Bocconi’s official pages, which we link inline below.
What “exam dates” really means at Bocconi
There are two layers:

  1. University exam windows (the periods when exams can legally be scheduled). Bocconi publishes these for AY 2025/26; see the exchange academic calendar and each program’s “Notes for the consultation of the exam calendar.” (Università Bocconi)

  2. Your course’s exact day/time, which is only reliable in your yoU@B Student Diary (the personalized timetable). (didattica.unibocconi.eu)

If you plan off screenshots or third-party tables, you’ll get burned: Bocconi explicitly says the exam timetable is updated daily and, if an exam moves, it is moved only to a later date/time and your registration is carried over automatically. Always re-check yoU@B. (didattica.unibocconi.eu)
The official exam windows for AY 2025/26 (outer bounds)
From Bocconi’s 2025/26 academic calendar for exchange students, which clearly lists the universitywide windows:

  • Early session (exchange-only): 9–20 December 2025

  • Fall 1st session: 8–20 January 2026

  • Fall 2nd session: 21 January – 3 February 2026

  • Spring 1st session: 15–30 May 2026

  • Spring 2nd session: 3 June – 11 July 2026 (Università Bocconi)

Program handbooks then spell out how periods and partials map across the year (examples below are official AY 2025/26 PDFs):

  • 3-year programs (BSc): October partials; Dec 9–20 second partials/early calls; Jan 8–20 and Jan 21–Feb 3 sessions; Mar 16–24 partials; May 15–30, Jun 3–23, Jun 24–Jul 11 sessions; Aug 25–Sep 5 session. These PDFs also confirm daily timetable updates and “later-only” shifts.

  • 2-year (MSc) programs: the same windows, with program-specific notes and the reserved Dec 9–20 session.

  • 5-year Law: analogous structure (periods and sessions) with the same December/January/June clusters and late-summer session.

If you want the full calendar PDFs by program, Bocconi hosts them under “Class and Exam Timetables, Calendars and Rooms.” (Università Bocconi)
How to find your exam date in 60 seconds (the only process that won’t fail)

  1. Open yoU@B → Student Diary → Exam dates → Registration exam session. That’s the canonical, personalized list; the public search is secondary. (didattica.unibocconi.eu)

  2. Filter by course code and exam type. If the timetable shows a written date and an oral date, you must register to both (languages can differ). (didattica.unibocconi.eu)

  3. Note the deadline and the room. Registration is open until the 4th last working day before the exam; Saturdays, Sundays and listed Italian public holidays don’t count. (didattica.unibocconi.eu)

Tip: YoU@B also posts last-minute logistics (room allocations, slot breakdowns) typically the afternoon of the working day before the exam. Check again 24–48 hours out. (didattica.unibocconi.eu)
Deadlines and “non-working days” (where students slip)
Bocconi enforces the 4-working-day cutoff for registering each exam via yoU@B. The Guide lists which days are “non-working” for 2025–26 (weekends, specific holidays), and the system counts backwards accordingly. If you try to register after the cutoff, the system refuses you. (didattica.unibocconi.eu)
Changes, conflicts, and the awkward reality

  • Timetable shifts happen; the official rule is: updates are daily, and if your exam moves it moves later and your registration transfers automatically (still re-check time/room). (didattica.unibocconi.eu)

  • Overlap policy: Bocconi aims to avoid two compulsory exams for the same cohort on the same day, except in pressure windows—December/January second period and August/September—where days are limited; those are the weeks to plan conservatively. (The PDFs state the exceptions for BSc, MSc, and Law.)

  • Reserved early session (9–20 Dec 2025): open to defined categories (incoming exchange/free mover students, those departing on exchange in Spring, internships, etc. — see each program’s PDF for the precise gating). Don’t assume you’re eligible unless your case matches the text.

Do not confuse this with admission test dates
“Bocconi exam dates” for degree courses are not the same as admission test/application timelines. If you’re applying, check the official Online Bocconi Test window and the rounds timeline; they run on completely separate schedules. (Università Bocconi)
Right Grades’ value-add (no hype, just less risk)
Universities own the timetable and can move it; students carry the coordination risk. We push the balance in your favor by:

  • Surfacing only official windows (above) and always routing you back to yoU@B for the exact date. (Università Bocconi)

  • Building around the rules, not rumors: our planning checks use the 4-working-day cutoff and the official non-working days listed for 2025–26, so your reminders and “last day to register” are aligned with the Guide. (didattica.unibocconi.eu)

  • Flagging conflict zones: we treat Jan 21–Feb 3 and late Aug/early Sep as high-risk for clashes and prompt extra re-checks.

  • Embedding verification into your routine: we encourage a re-check of yoU@B in the 48–24h window before each exam, exactly because the timetable can change late. (didattica.unibocconi.eu)

(When you publish this on RightGrades, keep these as normal text sections and buttons. No special scripts are needed in Wix Studio for this content.)
